BOOK A RENTAL

Book a rental with the form below. The $300 hold and signed rental agreement happen at pickup.

RENTAL RULES

Renter must be 18+ with photo ID. Rider 16+. One rider. Helmet required. Lock when not riding.

No overnight. No hourly rate.

Extra hour: $10, only if staff says the bike is available

Half-day past 4 hours: charged as shop-day ($20 more) after a 15-minute grace

Shop-day late: $15 for each started thirty (30) minute period after the contracted return time

Until twenty-four (24) hours after the contracted due-back time, only late fees apply for an overdue return.

If the bike is not returned within twenty-four (24) hours after the contracted due-back time, BillyEBikes may charge the full retail replacement cost for that model or a comparable model, in addition to late fees.

That twenty-four (24) hour rule applies to both half-day and shop-day rentals.

If shop staff deems damage excessive, Billy E Bikes may charge the full replacement price.

Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Inside 24 hours: store credit, good for 90 days, unless the slot is rebooked.
